Refund policy

If you have any difficulties or issues with your delivery, please email us in the first instance to sales@funserts.co.uk with as much information (and photos) as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve your issue.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item and will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty.
