Delivery

We currently offer 2 types of shipping rate, which are both with Royal Mail.

Express 24 Hours Tracked	1-3 business days	£5.95

 

Orders are processed on working days before 2pm collected the next day. Any orders after this time will be processed the next working day.

Please Note: Unfortunately Funserts and the 1/2 Height size Billyback orders cannot be combined, due to the shipping methods and shape of the packages. Any Funserts, 1/4 Height and 1/3 Height Billybacks will be combined and charged as a standard shipping rate.

Christmas Shipping

Our final ordering date is Thursday 18th December*. Orders will then be collected on the Friday morning.

We recommend not waiting to place your order if they are for Xmas, to avoid any potential disappointment.

*Please note, deliveries still may not arrive in time, due to the sheer volume of post at this time of year.

Returns

If you have any difficulties or issues with your delivery, please email us in the first instance to sales@funserts.co.uk with as much information (and photos) as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve your issue.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns policy. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded & insured delivery service.

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the items being received back to us. We will notify you when the item(s) have been received and that the item(s) have been refunded by email.
