Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping options. UK deliveries are with Royal Mail.EU deliveries are with FedEx Express.
Dispatch times: Orders are processed on working days before 1pm and collected the next day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Please note: Funserts and ½ Height Billyback orders cannot be combined due to the shipping methods and shape of the packages. Any Funserts, ¼ Height, and ⅓ Height Billybacks will be combined and charged at a standard shipping rate.
Returns
If you have any difficulties or issues with your delivery, please email us in the first instance to sales@funserts.co.uk with as much information (including photos of products and packaging) as possible and we will get back to you to help resolve your issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns policy. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded & insured delivery service.

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the items being received back to us. We will notify you when the item(s) have been received and that the item(s) have been refunded by email.
We cannot accept any return requests if a Parcel Forwarding service has been used.
